Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within California will be charged the applicable sales tax.

No returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items except for defective items, which may be exchanged for the same product within 30 days when accompanied by a sales invoice. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for items returned to us.

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, RIO2LA shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
